Hei!
Alla lyhyt mainos omista keskiviikon tunneistani.
Jos etsitte vielä taaperotanssi ryhmää, jossa tanssia aamupäivisin, niin tervetuloa tanssimaan
Helsingin tanssiopiston taaperotanssitunnille keskiviikkoisin klo: 10.30-11.15 Kasarmintorin studioille Helsingin keskustaan.  Ilmoittautumiset osoitteessa www.helsingintanssiopisto.fi  .
Ryhmä on 1-2 -vuotiaille, mukaan voi hyvin tulla vaikka täyttäisi ihan lähiaikoina 3-vuotta. Sopii esimerkiksi sisaruksille mainiosti.  Ja vauvan voi ottaa mukaan, vaikka kantokopassa. 

Ja jos löytyy reippaita 3- tai 4-vuotiaita, jotka ovat valmiita jäämään tunnille yksin, niin 3-4-vuotiaiden ryhmä tanssii heti taaperoiden  jälkeen eli keskiviikkoisin klo:11.15-12.00. Siihenkin ryhmään mahtuu vielä.

There is a litte advertisement about my Wednesday lessons below.

If you are still looking for a toddlers dance lesson for this fall , you are most welcomed to join our Wednesday group at 10.30- 11.15 at the studio in Kasarmintori in the heart of Helsinki.  You may
register on the internet www.helsingintanssiopisto.fi .
The lesson is for children age 1-2years old, but even if a child is turning three soon, she or he is still welcomed into the group. 
and if there are 3 or 4 years old children, there is  class for that age group right after toddlers. New dancers are still welcomed.  In this latter lesson the children dance without their parents.
You are warmly welcome to the dance lessons!

   Espoolainen tanssiryhmä Glims &Gloms on valmistamassa tanssiteoksen lapsille. 
Papula BOX on yli 3-vuotiaille suunnattu hyväntuulinen tanssiesitys, joka vilisee värejä, muotoja, hauskoja yhteensattumia ja yllätyksiäkin. 
Tanssiteoksia lapsille ei ole liikaa tarjolla, joten voin suositella tätä perheille. Linkistä voi kurkata videota, niin pääsee tunnelmaan...

Olin mukana katsomassa näyttämöharjoitusta viikko sitten. Yleisössä oli myös lapsia mukana, ja jossakin vaiheessa huomasin, että oli todella mielenkiintoista katsoa heidän reaktioitaan ja esityksessä mukana elämistä.  Teos aukesi heille ihan eri tavalla kuin itselleni. 
Tanssijat ovat todella taitavia, eivät ainoastaan tanssimaan vaan luomaan tunnelman, jossa on lämpöä ja huumoria.  Ensi-ilta to 18.9 Kulttuurikeskuksessa Tapiolassa!

Glims&Gloms dance theatre placed in Espoo are creating a dance performance for children.
Papula BOX is for children over 3-years old and their families. It is easy going and fun full with colours, shapes, funny coinsicidence and even surprises.
There are never too many dance performances for children, so I do recommend to see this. There is a link above, take a look at the video and you´ll get in the mood...

I had a chance to see the stage rehearsal of Papula BOX last week. There were also children at the audience. At some point I noticed that I found myself observing the children reactions to the performance.  They understood/ received the performance in a different way than we adults.

The dancers are very good, skillfull not only in their dance technique but in their ability to create a warm atmosphere  on stage with sense of humour.  The opening night will be on the 18th of September at the Culture center in Tapiola!

Taas tanssitaan! Let´s dance again!

Syyskauden 1.tanssiviikko on käynnissä, vaikka tässä ihanassa säässä voisi luulla olevansa keskellä kesää...
Omat opetukseni käynnistyvät taaperoiden osalta 1.9 vasta, toivotaan, että silloin perheet ovat jo löytäneet tanssitunneille.  Opetan kahdessa eri koulussa pääkaupunkiseudulla sekä taaperotanssia eli 1-2, ja 2-3-vuotiaiden ryhmiä, joissa lapset käyvät aikuisen kanssa.  Opetan myös 3-vuotiaiden ryhmiä, joihin lapset tulevat ilman vanhempaa.  Ajattelin jakaa ajatuksiani ja kokemuksia heidän opettamisestaan myös tulevana lukuvuonna.

Kuvia ja informaatiota lisää tekstin alla.  Toivottavasti kaikilla on ollut antoisa kesä ja olette nähneet perhosia,  ötököitä ja muista sellaisia... syksyn tunneilla näitä perhos-ja ötökkätansseja taas tanssitaan! Nähdään tunneilla!

It is the first week of the fall season in dance schools, although one might think we are still in the middle of the Holiday season as for the weather...
My own classes with toddlers begin on the first of September - hopefully families have found their way to the classes by then.  I teach in two different dance schools in the capital area. I teach both toddlers dance ( child and adult together participating) and then the dance classes for three years old children.  I thought it would be fun to share my experiences and ideas about teaching the little ones without their parents `present in the class. It is a different world, but so much fun for all of us as well.

There is a sample from a butterfly collection  by Ernesto Navarro Polo I came by during last vacation at the library of Pori.  I hope everybody had a wonderful summer, and you´ve seen lots of butterflies and little bugs . In the becoming classes we can dance these butterfly--and little bug dances! See you soon!
