Kuvassa on valkoisten silkkihuivien kasa, suuri lumikasa tunneillamme. Taaperotunneilla välineosuudessa käytämme valkoisia huiveja, joilla harjoittelemme heittoja, kiinniottamista, huivien yli hyppäämistä. Harjoittelemme myös pyöreän muodon hahmottamista liikkeessä, eli pyörittämistä eri suuntiin ja eri tasoissa. Lasten olkanivel saa myös liikettä.
Silkkihuivit ovat keveitä ja hulmuavia, joten lapset pystyvät hyvin käsittelemään niitä, harjoittelemaan erilaisia otteita. He tutustuvat myös käsitteeseen kevyt.
Salin lattia muuttuu talven ihmemaaksi, kun kaikki ovat piilossa huivien alla. Lopuksi tanssimme huivitanssin, ja on ilahduttavaa nähdä aikuisten omaa tanssia ja liikkeen virtausta. Vapaa tanssiosuus perustuu luovaan tanssiin, eli jokainen tanssii omista lähtökohdistaan, kaikki yhtä arvokkaina osallistujina. Luodaan ainutkertainen hetki yhdessä!
The spring term began at the beginning of January. There were newcomers in all the groups that I teach - you are most welcome to read the blog as well!
In the picture, there is a heap of white silk scarves, a heap of snow in our classes. At the toddlers´ lessons we use the scarves to practise throwing, catching and jumping or stepping over the scarves. We also perceive circular movement in different levels and directions. The children´s shoulder joints are also activated.
The silk scarves are light and flying, so it is easy for the litte ones to handle them and practise different grips. They experiment the concept light.
The floor of the dance room becomes a white winter wonderland when everybody hides under their scarves. Ar the end we dance the Scarf Dance and it is delightful to see the adults finding their own dance movements and the flow in their bodies. The Scarf Dance - type of exercise is based on creative dance. It means everyone dances from their own starting point, every dancer equally valued.
