Taaperotanssitunnit ovat taas hyvässä vauhdissa.  Alkujännitys on ohi sekä osallistujien, että opettajan kohdalta.  Tiedetään mitä odottaa kun tullaan tunnille, miltä se opettaja taas näyttikään ja  kuinka suuri se tanssisali olikaan.  Itse muistan jo kaikkien nimet ja alan tutustua lasten persoonallisuuksiin.
Tanssihetki kerran viikossa ei ole kovin usein 1-2 vuotiaan näkökulmasta, vaikka aikuisesta saattaa tuntua, että taasko täällä?   Säännöllinen käyminen kuitenkin kannattaa, koska tanssitunnin tilanteen tullessa tutuksi lapselle hän pystyy olemaan rentoutuneempi ja osallistumaan toimintaan.
Alku on ohi, mutta onko ryhmä jo ryhmäytynyt? Ovatko lapset toisilleen tutun oloisia? Ovatko vanhemmat "kotonaan" toisten seurassa?  Vierastavatko lapset vielä opettajaa?

Muutama rohkea 2-3-vuotias uskaltaa jo tarttua minua kädestä piirissä, mutta aika moni vetää käden vielä itselleen, ja se on ihan sallittua.  Lapset tutustuvat hitaasti ihan vieraaseen aikuiseen - tunnin opettajaan.  Taaperotanssitunneilla ei ole kiire tehdä asioita - ei edes ryhmäytyä.

The toddler Dance Classes are going on again. The nervousness of the beginning is over, considering both dancers and the teacher.  Everybody knows what to expect when entering the class, how the teacher looks like and how spacious the dance room is.  I myself remember all the childrens´names and start to get to know their personalities as well.  


A dance moment once a week is not very often from the children´s point of view, even though the adults might feel that I´m here again! Coming to the class is worth while though because when the dancing situation becomes familiar for a child, he or she can be more relaxed and participate in the activities.

The beginning of the fall term is over,  but is the group a group already? Do the children find other children familiar? Do the children find the  teacher a bit of a stranger?


A couple of the children ( the bravest and the oldest)  take my hand in a circle, but most of the children still keep their hand away from my hand, and that is very much allowed.   Children get to know a new adult - the teacher slowly.  There is no hurry in the toddlers´ dance class, not even to become a group.
